How to Import and Embed Video, Image and Audio Files Into a Single Page

This support article will give you the information on how to place a Video, Image and Audio files into a Text Lesson.  You can use these instructions to put all three items into a single Text Box. 

Step 1 For All:

Create a Text Lesson. 


Video:

From Youtube or Vimeo

Step 1:

Within the Text Editor you want to select the Insert Video Button.  

Step 2:

Paste the link of the video you wish to place into the text box from either Youtube or Vimeo and click insert.


Step 3:

Your Video will be embedded into the text box and you will now have the option to enter text around the Video.

Images:

Step 1

Within the Text Editor you want to select the Insert Image Button.

Step 2

Select the Image File (from your computer) you want to place into the text box. 

Step 3

Your Image will be embedded into the text box and you will now have the option to enter text around it.

Step 4

You do have the option to link the image to another site (optional).

Audio:

Step 1 

Go into your Course Editor and Create a Audio Lesson (this can be within a Dummy Course)

Step 2

Select an Audio File from your Computer. 

Step 3 

Once the Audio File is uploaded you want to right click the audio player and click on Copy on Audio Address

Step 4

Within the Text Editor you want to select the Audio Button.

Step 5 

Paste the Copied Audio Address into the Insert Audio Box and press Insert.

Step 6

Your Audio File will be embedded into the text box and you will now have the option to enter text around it.
